Class 1 have been learning all about colours. What colours can you see?

Class 8 have had theri first swimming session - it was great fun!

In Class 9, we have been learning about our brain in Neuroscience. We have learnt that neurons (brain cells) make connections when we learn or have a new experience. We all coloured in our own neuron and wrote an interesting fact about them.

In class 2 we have found a creature in the pumpkin patch and are now reading a book called ‘The Bog Baby’. We think he looks just like him!

Class 3 have been creative with lines!

Class 5 have created Anglo-Saxon brooches using card, string, foil and paint!

Class 4 have been learning about the Titanic, using straight lines or patterns to decorate silhouettes.

Class 6 have been learning about the story of Beowulf and Grendel with story-making actions.

Class 2 have been exploring line art. We have designed our Titanic pictures using different lines.

Class 4 have be finding out about a famous person called Grace Darling!

We have been thinking about Rememberance as a school this week.

Class 5 have used the laptops to create poppy images for Rememberance.

Class 6 have looked at Viking artifacts from The Wilson Museum and we have sketched them.

Class 8 have been swimming this week in our pyjamas to practice wading through water.

Class 6 followed a YouTube tutorial on how to draw a Viking boy! Here are some of our drawings of Viking Vik!

Class 9 have created a kindness heart and written our acts of kindness we have done.

Class 1 have been learning about hibernation this week.

Class 2 have been getting ready for Christmas.

Class 5 have been busy sewing viking purses.

Class 10 have been coding with Spike Prime - check out our earthquake machine!

Class 5 have learnt their 2 Christmas songs with actions and drawn super Christmas scenes ready for our DoJo PowerPoint.

Class 1 have done the story Dream Snow by Eric Carle and made some glitter snowflakes
